Hi, I’m Edwin. I lead the Support team, helping customers resolve technical issues and get the most from their CAD, PLM, ALM, and Simulation solutions. Alongside managing day-to-day support delivery, I focus on developing the team, improving service quality and processes, and making sure complex issues are handled effectively. I also work closely with teams across the business to strengthen the overall customer experience.
