Chartered Engineer now leading Customer Outcomes at PDSVISION UK, a newly created function spanning technical pre-sales, onboarding and long-term account health. The function is made up of three teams, Support, Enablement and Business Development, and the leads who run them.

Working across simulation, PLM, CAD and requirements management, with a particular interest in bridging the Ansys and PTC ecosystems rather than operating within a single vendor stack. A background in simulation and analysis gives a practical view of what customers actually need to make a digital thread work end to end.

Focused on the gap between software deployed and software adopted. Building the teams, processes and customer relationships that turn implementation into measurable value.
