Head of PLM with over 16 years of experience delivering robust Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, specialising in PTC Windchill and legacy Pro/INTRALINK platforms. I also currently lead and manage the UK PTC Support Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and customer success.

My career has progressed from hands-on technical support into consulting and leadership roles, giving me a deep, end-to-end understanding of PLM ecosystems. I bring extensive experience across system implementation, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation programmes, helping organisations optimise their engineering data management and business processes.

I specialise in designing and delivering tailored Windchill solutions, with particular expertise in workflow optimisation, secure data governance (including IP protection using security labels), and complex bespoke PLM engagements. My work focuses on aligning technology with business objectives to improve efficiency, collaboration, and data integrity.

As a PTC-certified Windchill Implementer, Pre-Sales Engineer, and Pro/Intralink-to-Windchill Migration Specialist, I have successfully supported numerous organisations through critical transformation initiatives. I am also a certified PTC Trainer, experienced in delivering training across all levels - from end users to system and business administrators - enabling teams to maximise their PLM investment.

With a strong IT foundation and a practical, customer-focused approach, I combine technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver scalable and sustainable PLM solutions.
